Yes! Every Ladybug Knitting Co. blanket is handmade to order with care.
Can I customize my blanket?
Absolutely! Build Your Own Ladybug Blanket experience allows you to choose your size, pattern, colors, and available finishing touches to make it yours. I also made a custom size option so you're able to make any size you want as well!
What yarn do you use?
I use Yarn Bee Eternal Bliss #7 jumbo yarn which is excellent for softness, texture, and a cozy finished feel with 100% Polyester as the content. There is a good selection of colors for you to choose with beautiful shades but if you prefer a different brand for any reason contact me so we can discuss it together.
How long does it take to make my blanket?
Since each blanket is handmade to order, please allow approximately 7-14 business days for production and possible shipping time depending on where you live. Production time may vary depending on size, design, and order volume. Please order farther ahead if you want to receive your blanket before any holidays or special occasions so your order will begin before others.
Can I choose more than one color?
Yes! Depending on the design, you can choose up to three colors and specify in the instruction box if you add additional accessories to clarify Color #2 and #3 will be for the border or embellishments is selected.
How do I care for my blanket?
Care instructions will be included with your order. It's recommended to "Hand Wash Cold, Dry Flat, Do Not Iron, Do Not Bleach, Do Not Dry Clean." Especially if there are accessories but with caution you can "Wash on Delicates Cold, Tumble Dry Low or Air Dry on 10-15 minute increments."
Do You Ship?
Yes! I ship all handmade blankets within the United States through UPS and USPS. You can select standard or express shipping when you check out.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Since my products are customized blankets and made to order, cancellation and return eligibility may vary. Please review my store policies before placing your order for full details located at the bottom of the page. But for cancellation you have 24 hours after placing your order you're able to cancel and returns are not accepted unless necessary.
Can I request a custom design?
If you have an idea that isn't currently available through my customization options, you can contact me through my website with your provided information or dm me on social media and we will see what we can create together!
