Returns

Because each Ladybug Knitting Co. blanket is handmade and customized specifically for you, I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made blankets.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted because materials may have already been purchased or production may have started.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. I will review the issue and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Please carefully review your selected size, pattern, colors, personalization, and shipping information before placing your order. I am not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your payment provider to process the refund. It is only accepted if damaged or incorrect stated above.
